Battle Born Futures is a nonpartisan, student-led 501(c)(3) building a broad, multiracial network of young leaders across Nevada.
A statewide home for young people ready to lead.
Battle Born Futures gives young Nevadans a statewide place to connect, practice leadership, and shape their communities. The network brings students and young adults together across campuses, backgrounds, and regions.
We organize year-round through campus chapters, leadership development, community events, digital storytelling, voter engagement, and projects young people design themselves.

Marissa is a student at the College of Southern Nevada, pursuing health sciences. She's passionate about advocating for youth and students by helping ensure they have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed in Nevada. She's also dedicated to building a stronger community and using her voice to advocate for others and create positive change.
